3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process your personal data on the following grounds (KVKK Art. 5/2 & 6, GDPR
Art. 6(1)):
- Responding to your inquiry: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate
interest in engaging with prospective clients.
- Legal obligations: retention duties under tax, commercial and audit law.
- Information security: IP-based rate-limiting to prevent contact-form
abuse (legitimate interest).
4. Data Transfers
Contact-form messages are delivered through our transactional email provider,
Resend, Inc. (United States), which acts as our data processor under EU
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). We do not share your data with any other
third party. We do not sell or use it for advertising or profiling.
5. Retention
- Contact-form messages: kept in our corporate email archive for 24 months
and then deleted.
- IP-based rate-limit records: at most 1 hour.
6. Cookies
This site uses a single strictly-necessary cookie to remember your language
preference. We do not use any advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies.
For that reason no cookie consent banner is shown.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to access, rectify,
erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data
